We Serve Only Business Customers

Purchases through this webshop are exclusively for business customers. By placing an order, the customer affirms they are purchasing for business purposes and not as a consumer. Prices are shown without VAT and you must have eligible VAT-code if ordering from inside the EU area. Outside of EU area please provide official business name and for UK customers LEI number. Your order will be processed without VAT. For Finnish customers we apply 24% VAT for all of the prices.

Pricing, Payment & Delivery

Any shown pricing for products and shipping are for direct purchases from the website. We are happy to check and verify any additional needs based on your request. Payment can be made using Klarna payment processing service by credit cards and depending on your location other payment services. If you request a quote we’ll provide additional payment options such as wire transfer.

Shipping is done using one of our partners (such as DHL, GLS, UPS, Fedex or Posti). Typical lead time for shipment preparation is 2-5 working days and shipping time typically takes 3-5 working days to Europe, and 5-10 working days Worldwide. Remote areas may take longer. If you are in a hurry, please contact us before placing and order.

Warranty, Returns, Compliance & Liability

We stand by our products, however due to the nature of professional marine products, we don’t provide fixed length warranty for our items. Returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty on arrival. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of provided products or information, check your local legislation especially regarding radio, propulsion and electronical equipment. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Finnish law.
