Multi-Purpose Road and Air Transportable Trailer
Heavy duty MPT15 multi-purpose trailer allows easy transportation, handling and launching of RHIBs between 9 and 13 meters. Trailer is designed according to UK Defence Standard 003 and US Department of Defence MIL-STD-1791B.
High Quality Engineering
MPT15 is manufactured with high quality steel and frame is hot-dip galvanised to ensure long service life. Frame is manufactured out of one-piece continuous bended beams instead of welded construction to provide excellent weight-strength ratio. Trailer frame is extremely low to minimize required space and each cranked cross bar is equipped with 2 cylindrically-shaped keel rollers of polyurethane. Bunks are equipped with height and angle adjustable galvanized steel supports with wooden bunks and PE-sliding surface. Trailer uses pneumatic brake system.
Optimized Design and Smart Features
Trailers are equipped with hydraulic height adjustable jockey wheels with swing arm. Remote manual steering is available to ease handling. Lightbar can be removed at the rear to avoid damage. Electrical system can be equipped with two different plugs and DC-DC converter to allow use various vehicles to use the same trailer without adjustments. Hitch is a NATO 76 mm ring for trucks, 200mm adjustable in height for the different towing vehicles. Pneumatic suspension with height adjustability is available as an option.
Integrated and Included Equipment
All the needed equipment is included safely in the trailer. Trailer includes ladders, tool box, battery box, spare wheel, wide signs, and wheel blocks.
